Account Qualification:
In order to obtain an Aesthetics Plus Account, you will need to provide a current Aesthetic, Cosmetology, R.N. or Medical License. Your account must have an up to date license on file at all times, so when you renew your license, please provide the new copy to Aesthetics Plus or we will not be able to take or process orders.
Your Direct Contact:
Your area sales representative is your first point of contact. Please allow them to take your orders, answer questions, and provide you with training. If there is no representative in your area OR your representative is unavailable, please contact Aesthetics Plus on 1-800-535-0221.
Credit Cards:
Aesthetics Plus requires your credit card security code, credit card number and expiration date as well as billing and shipping address. The name on the credit card must be the same as the Aesthetics Plus account. If you are using a credit card other than yours, you will need the cardholder to complete and submit a credit card release form to Aesthetics Plus Fax: 925-556-0420.
Ordering Policies:
- Please place your orders with your representative via phone, email or fax. If your representative is unavailable, you may contact Aesthetics Plus by phone (800) 535-0221, fax (925) 556-0420 or email your completed order forms to aplusorders@aesthetics-plus.com.
- On-line ordering is available by contacting customer service for a customer log in.
- Once you’ve placed your order, the process is in motion and cannot be stopped in the event you wish you add on items.
- Order Processing Time - Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Depending on your location, add 1-2 days to the processing time to receive your order.
- UPS Residential Charge - Orders shipped to a residence are subject to a $3.00 Residential Surcharge that UPS charges Aesthetics Plus for residential deliveries.
- Overnight and 2nd Day shipping - Orders must be submitted by noon to guarantee overnight or 2nd Day delivery.
IMAGE Skincare Gratis Policy:
If your IMAGE Skincare order is over $500 or more, you will earn 10% of your total IMAGE order in promotional items (travel kits, 10-pack sample packs, retail bags, brochures, bags, etc) at the time of order. Neglecting to request gratis will forfeit your gratis for that order. If requested gratis items are out of stock AP will substitute items. Please advise your rep or Aesthetics Plus on which kits you would prefer to better inform us.
IMAGE / AP Monthly Specials:
When taking advantage of the AP or IMAGE Monthly specials, please do not combine with your re-fill order in an effort to earn both gratis and the special offer. Please separate your Monthly Special order from your Re-fill order of $500 or more to ensure you earn both your IMAGE gratis and the monthly special. Both orders may be shipped together but are invoiced separately.
AP Return Policies:
Unused product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full credit towards additional product plus shipping and handling fees. Unused products up to 90 days of purchase can be returned with a 30% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. Unused product after 90 days cannot be returned. No returns on Trial Sized Products, Travel Kits, Promotional / Marketing Items, Peels or any Back Bar Items.
Defective or faulty products or packaging reported within 60 days of purchase will be considered for replacement. Contact your sales representative with details so they can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Order mistakes can happen, so please check in your order and report any mistakes within 5 business days to your representative with details so they can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Allergic reactions will require a picture of affected area emailed or texted to your representative with the batch code and expiration date of the product in question in order to considered for replacement or credit.
Approved returns will receive an RMA number issued by Aesthetics Plus prior to returning merchandise. If you have not been issued a RMA, please do not ship returns to AP as they will not be accepted.
